The Brief
A commodity-trading operation needed one system for the entire canvassing workflow: capture leads, assign them to the right trader, track every follow-up against live commodity prices, and know at any moment who owes what action today. Off-the-shelf CRMs don't model port-wise live rates, trader assignment, or expiry-driven follow-up cycles - so we built one that does.
