Beta Labs is Zetrixweb's short, structured sprint track for testing an unproven product idea - an AI copilot, a prototype, a new platform bet - before committing a full development budget to it. A beta sprint is scoped to answer one specific question (will this idea hold up with real users or real data?) on a fixed timeline, using the same senior engineers who would carry the idea into production if it succeeds.
