What is FinManage?

FinManage is a self-hosted membership and subscription management platform built by Zetrixweb for "provider" businesses — stock advisory firms, coaching programs, paid communities, and subscription-based agencies — that need to track members, renewals, and revenue without spreadsheets. It runs on a standard Node.js and PostgreSQL stack, ships with role-based multi-login (super admin, provider owner, and permission-scoped sub-users), and the source is free to download and run yourself. Zetrixweb also offers optional managed hosting if you'd rather not run the infrastructure.

Why Free

Built to solve a real operational problem — now shared.

We built FinManage because service-based providers keep hitting the same wall: renewals tracked in spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups managed by hand, and no clear view of who's about to churn. Rather than keep it as an internal tool, we're giving the source code away so other small teams can skip rebuilding it from scratch. If you'd rather not run the infrastructure yourself, we'll host and maintain it for a flat monthly fee — that's the only part we charge for.

Questions about getting and running FinManage.

Yes. The source code is free to self-host on your own server or Docker setup. We only charge if you'd rather have Zetrixweb host and maintain it for you.

Node.js and PostgreSQL, plus either Docker Compose or a VPS/cPanel host that supports Node applications. The repo includes migration scripts and environment templates to get started.
